1. Your experience is not confirmed until the deposit is made. The balance is due on the day prior to the beginning of the session.

2. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded. If paid in full before the photoshoot, the client will receive a refund, less the deposit if the session was cancelled at least three (3) days before the session. For groups of three (3) or more persons, the cancellation must be made at least seven (7) days before the session. Deposits may be credited to a photoshoot within three months from the original date. Clients will receive a full refund if the session is cancelled due to events beyond their control.

3. The minimum booking time for an experience is 30 minutes.

4. The dress will be provided cleaned and ready to wear on the day of the photoshoot.

5. Each experience includes an assistant to manage the dress throughout the photoshoot. An additional assistant is included for group experiences. ONLY one additional person is allowed to accompany you who is not participating in the photoshoot. Children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

6. You should arrive no less than 15 minutes before the time of your photoshoot. Should a client arrive after the scheduled start time, that time will be deducted from the session time.

7. If transportation is being provided, please be ready to go at least 30 minutes before the time of your photoshoot.

8. If the dress is stained with any substance that requires special laundry services for removal, the client will be billed for the services. In the event that the dress is stained with any substance that cannot be removed, the client will be required to pay to replace the dress.
